At Amazing Grace Foundations, we are committed to providing person-centered home and community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower these individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives, prioritizing their rights, choices, and overall well-being.
Our team of experts are comprised of experience professionals dedicated to high-quality care, including two Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) under supervision for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Certificate. We also have a Nurse Practitioner specializing in developmental and behavioral healthcare, bringing a well-rounded and clinical depth to our services.
With over 20 years of combined experience, our leadership team brings both professional expertise and firsthand understanding of the unique needs of individuals with disabilities. We are committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care that supports growth, independence, and long-term success.
