Founder & Executive Director
Kelly Johnson
Kelly began her career serving individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with dual diagnoses and co-occurring mental health challenges. She earned her RN from Northern Oklahoma College in 2010, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kramer School of Nursing in 2014, and became a Nurse Practitioner through East Tennessee State University in 2018. During her time as a Director of Nursing at an Assisted Living, she received nationwide recognition for the exceptional care provided under her leadership. Committed to lifelong learning, Kelly continues to pursue advanced trainings and certifications across healthcare and developmental services. Inspired by her granddaughter with Williams Syndrome, she leads with unwavering compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep personal commitment to person-centered, inclusive care.

Director of Operations
Savanah Brown
Savanah earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Oklahoma in 2023 and completed her Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) studies through Arizona State University in May 2025. She has years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health challenges. Savanah has served as both a DDS Case Manager and an Advocate with the Office of Client Advocacy, equipping her with a strong foundation in person-centered care and systemic navigation. She is currently under supervision for her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Her passion for advocacy is deeply personal—her daughter has Williams Syndrome, which inspires her daily commitment to empowering individuals with diverse needs and leading with compassion, integrity, and purpose.

Residential Director
Alyssa Mendez
Alyssa earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Oklahoma in 2023 and completed her Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) studies through Arizona State University in May 2025. She has years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health challenges. Alyssa has previously served as a DDS Case Manager and worked as an HTS and In-House Manager across multiple agencies, gaining firsthand experience in both direct care and system navigation. She is currently under supervision for her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Known for her dedication and compassion, Alyssa remains committed to person-centered care and leading with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.

Justin Johnson
Justin brings focus, determination, innovative thinking, and a heart for service to every aspect of his work. A natural visionary, Justin has a sharp eye for growth and a passion for creating meaningful, sustainable change within the community. As a successful business owner, Justin blends entrepreneurial drive with a deep commitment to the mission of Amazing Grace Foundations. His ability to think strategically while remaining grounded in compassion sets him apart. Known for his caring personality and intuitive understanding, Justin is not only a leader in planning and development—but also in connection and care. With a strong sense of purpose and a tireless work ethic, Justin continues to advance initiatives that empower, uplift, and transform lives.
